About the Course

In most of manufacturing and distribution companies, supply chain costs represent between 55% and 65% of gross revenue. Companies can reap cost and performance Benefits by identifying, quantifying and capitalizing on supply chain operational and process improvements. In order to create a leaner supply chain, companies must examine each area of the supply chain which includes manufacturing, warehousing and transportation.
